* Prepare production forecasts for fields / wells using analytical models.
* Support production reporting.
* Evaluate the dynamic reservoir properties and well deliver abilities for the purpose of reservoir and well modeling and provide input for reservoir simulation studies.
* Maintain and update a reservoir and production database and monitor reservoir and production parameters on regular basis.
* Plan and conduct production, completion integrity tests and DSTs.
* Perform well test interpretation and Material Balance calculations.
* Plan and conduct well completion and simulation activities.

1. Plan and execute various HSSE programmes planned to bring about an improvement in Shell’s HSSE culture.

2. Engage the leadership team and field staff about new global HSSE tools and initiatives and implement locally.

3. Deliver continual improvement in HSSE performance in the Country.

4. Support the Cluster HSSE Manager in creating a clear annual agenda / plan for HSSE in the Country.

5. Update and maintain an effective HSSE Management System for Pakistan by leading and coaching local staff on the requirements of good HSSE management.

6. Assess the challenges on ground in effective implementation of HSSE and come up with innovative solution, which do not compromise safety.
